notifySiteImportConfirmation template is not internationalized

      • I'm guessing you have at least two sites A and B with enough materials to import.
      • Logs in as instructor and change the language preferences to spanish.
      • Go to the Site B, site info (InformaciĆ³n del sitio) tool.
      • Click import from site (importar de sitio) and select Site A, it doesn't matter what tool you choose.
      • Check the email or the application logs. Note that the email has been sent in english language instead of spanish.

      Description

      When user import materials from another site it is sent a confirmation email based on the notifySiteImportConfirmation.xml template, but this email is always sent in english language.
      It is necessary to add to this template as many <emailTemplate> tags as languages we have. Also, a few changes to the code it is needed to make.
