Tools and subsites buttons remain minimized in mobile view

      view in landscape mode (say on an ipad or in Chrome's simulator) this should give the "desktop view" of Sakai, minimise the LHS menu, then switch to portait mode (to get Mobile view), then click tools and subsites, the buttons should not be shown in minimised form.

      Description

      If you minimise the left hand side menu, then switch to mobile view, then click tools menu, the buttons are still minimised. they shouldnt be.
