Add support of DisplayAdvisorUDP to FilterUserDirectoryProvider

The FilterUserDirectoryProvider doesn't support the DisplayAdvisorUDP interface, this means deployments using the DisplayAdvisorUDP always have to patch locally to add this. There's no major downside to adding this apart from the calls that will return null.
