GradebookNG does not support sections in exporting options (like GB1)

      1. Create a site with at least two sections or groups.
      2. Under "Import / Export" tab in GBNG, click on "Custom Export"
      3. No section / group filter is available for exporting the GB.

      Description

      While Gradebook Classic allowed to export the grades of sections/groups separately, GradebookNG does not give that option, allowing only to export the full Gradebook.

      We have received complaints of users who extensively used this missing feature and now they must separate the users themselves in the CSV, very annoying for a large number of users/sections.

      This feature is not included in SAK-32924 and SAK-32937 where export options where discussed.
