Release grade fails if there is content that needs to be cleaned up by Antisamy

      1. Login as Instructor
      2. Click on the Assignments tool 
      3. Add an Assignment (with Points)
      4. Click on the 'Grade' for the Assignment you just created
      5. Click on a Student to grade
      6. Assign a value to points
      7. Add the content below to instructor comments. Use Source Mode in CKEditor to add the comments and click on Save and Release (Notice antisamy message and Grades and comments have been save message)

      Click on Return to List

      Expected Result: After returning to list, the student should have a status of Returned, and Released checked.

      Actual Result : Grade is not released to student and Status is either Graded or No Submission.

      Some additional tests for this

      Hit Release to Student and Return to List

      • Should be release checked and returned

      Grade a student Use LE text and non points
      Hit Release to Student and Return to List

      • Should be release checked and returned (actual before this seems like just Returned)

      • Should be release checked and returned

      Repeat tests, rather than hitting "Return To List" instead reset the Assignment tool (click on the name in the breadcrumb)

      Description

      When grading assingments, if an Instructor add feedback content that needs to be cleaned up by antisamy, the assignment fails to be released.  It's status is set to graded, but not released.  Steps to reproduce on test plan.
