      1) Create a site with an unusually long title
      2) Make the site a favourite so that it appears in the top nav bar by deafult
      3) Ensure that the entry for the site in the top nav bar truncates the text of the site title
      4) Ensure that when hovering, you get the full site title
      5) Repeat the same tests for the site's entry in the site drawer

      Description

      The skin is not truncating the site title in any place.
      In Sakai 11/10 the site title was truncated in some places to avoid use too much space.
      In Sakai 12/13 this truncate process is completely removed.
