Test Plan:
If a grade percentage is at the very upper end of a range, the value displayed may be rounded up to the lower bound of the next grade range, but the letter grade doesn't "round up". For example, a grade of 89.999% will display as 90%, but still result in a B.
Desired function: If the number rounds up to the next bracket then the letter grade should also be rounded up as well (example above would result in an A).
T+L call reviewed this issue and confirms they agree this is a bug.
