Context: Activate the "gradebook.editAssignment" permission for the TA at Site level
Create / configure / delete grade items:
1.- Enter as TA in the Site in which we have activated the permission "gradebook.editAssignment"
2.- Click on "Add Gradebook Item"
3.- Fill in the form and click on "Create"
4.- Expand contextual menu of the created column and Click on "Edit Item Details"
5.- Modify some field and "Save Changes"
6.- Display contextual menu of the created column and Click on "Delete Item" and "Delete"
Student Review Mode
1.- Click on a student and "Student Review Mode"
Create / configure / delete categories
1.- Click on "Settings" and "Categories & Weighting"
2.- Select "Categories & weighting"
3.- "Add a category" fill in fields and "Save Changes"
4.- Modify and save again
5.- Remove the category and save again
Import Export
1.- Click on "Import / Export"
2.- "Export Gradebook"
3.- Open the file with a text editor, modify a note and save
4.- Import file
5.- Select the modified column and click on "Next" and "Finish"
Score all students who have not graded
1.- Display context menu of the "Course Grade" column
2.- Click on "Set zero score for empty cells" and "Update"
and
1.- Display context menu of the Grade item column
2.- Click on "Set Score for Empty Cells"
3.- Set a Grade override and "Done"
Order items
1.- Click on "Item Order"
2.- Change the order of the grades and save
Configure tool (weighted categories, no categories, allow see course grades, course statistics, grading scale map)
1.- Click on "Settings"
2.- Make changes in any of the four dropouts.
3.- For example "Gradding schema", change "Grade Type", "Add a mapping"
4.- "Save Changes"
Overwrite final course grade
1.- Display contextual menu of the "Course Grade" column of a specific student
2.- "Course grade override"
3.- Enter note and save
