Previous Issue Keys:SAM-2960
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. A student submits an assessment that has only one submission allowed.
2. The instructor allows the student to retake the assessment in the Submission Status page.
3. After the due date but before the retract date, the student retakes the assessment and this message is shown:
"You have until [DUE DATE] to submit this assessment."
Expected behaviour: The message should warn you have until the Retract Date to submit the assessment (because the Due Date has already passed).
Current Behaviour: The message warns you have until the Due Date to submit the assessment (although the Due Date has already passed).
