1. Enter as instructor
2. Go to "Test & Quizzes"
3. Create an assesment
4. Create an Extended Matched Items Question
5. Fill in the Field "Theme"
6. Select the "Simple text - for pasting options" format
7. Write some options, for example
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3
8. Write some Item Stems (see photos below if you don´t know how)
9. Save the question
10. Edit the question
11. The format has changed to (Simple text - for a list of items with no formatting)

If you Edit that question the format changes to "Simple text - for a list of items with no formatting"
