      Description

      If an user created a fill in the blank question with french accents, depending on how the input the question, the students answer can be incorrectly graded.

      Graded properly:
      The instructor creates a FIB question, when the text box is present, the instructor puts in the example text below:

      Examples are

      {garçon} and {étudiant}.

      Graded improperly:
      The instructor creates a FIB question, when the text box is present, the instructor clicks on the link for "Show/Hide Rich-Text Editor". Once this box is opened and the instructor inputs text that requires the answer to have french accents, like the question below, the students answer will be marked incorrect. It will do this if the text is typed directly into the textbox or if using any of the paste methods available.
