1. Instructor creates questions pool questions in Site A. These questions include pictures added through the FCKeditor.
2. Instructor publishes an assessment in Site B using the question pool he made while in Site A.
3. Students taking the assessment in Site B will be unable to see the pictures. This is because the site id used to reference the picture is still pointing to Site A, which the Site B students most likely do not have access to.
I've attached a patch that will scan for site ids and update them on the publish event. The updated site ids will reflect the site the assessment is being published in, so assuming the resource files are present in Site B, the students will be able to see the images. This solution has worked well for our institution.
