Instructor is allowed to enter points with too much precision when authoring

To replicate:

1) Create new assessment
2) Add two questions, one MC and one FIB
3) In the view where you see all questions, you can modify the points value. Set points to "0.20000000298023224"
4) Save

Your very precise number should be rounded to two decimals.
