Groups Select Input not consistent between "Total Scores" and "Submission Status" tabs when Assessment released to groups

For assessment published with the "Assessment released to" option.

When you enter to the Scores screen the html select input is set to "Released Section/Groups" so the list below is showing the students
within the groups selected.

If click on "Submission status" the select input is set to "Entire Site" by default. This might be confusing for instructors because they expect
the see the students of the groups selected in the "Submission Status" list. The select input should be consistent between the two tabs
