The default text for the confirmation page when you submit an assessment for grading is:
You have completed this assessment. Your confirmation information is below. Click Return to return to the My Assessments page.
If the user has specified a submission message in the setting, then that should replace the text above. The only time the default text should show up is when the user hasn't set a submission message.
Marc, is that correct, or do you want no text at all if the user hasn't set any?
