      Description

Problem: line breaks are not being converted to HTML breaks when displayed to the instructor during grading. Samigo is being used for all sorts of purposes, including long essays, highly-formatted responses, etc.

Marking this as a blocker for two reasons:

      1) It seems like a regression (SAK-4268)
      2) Can this distort a user's grade? If a student submits a four paragraph essay and line breaks don't show, is this poor understanding of paragraph composition? Has the flow of a user's answer been properly rendered for a fair grade?

      Steps to replicate
      ------------------------------------------------------
      1) Add Tests & Quizzes to a course site
      2) Create new assessment
      3) Add one short answer/essay question
      4) Publish assessment
      5) Take assessment as student
      6) Submit 3 distinct paragraphs of content
      7) Submit for grade
      8) Login as instructor, go to Scores section of assessment
      9) View the student response
