      Description

      The table of contents link is displaying during the instructor preview. It looks like this link might have been considered to be disabled in the delivery in SAM-2586. It should be consistent, but the problem is that this bar still has the Show Feedback.

      On further review, it looks like this is more of a recent break from SAK-32282 where navIntraTool font-size was changed to 0, which is effectively hiding this bar.
