Excepted student sees due date message when they shouldn't

      Create a quiz with the following settings:

      Availability and Submissions:
      Assessment released to = Entire Site
      Due date = none
      Late submissions accepted? = No
      Time Limit = 10 minutes    

      Exceptions to Time Limit and Delivery Date:
      Exception for User: select  a user
      Time Limit: None   

      Publish the quiz

      As the excepted user, click on Tests & Quizzes

      • Verify no time limit is displayed beside the quiz and no due date either
      • Click on the quiz
      • The Begin Assessment page displays there is no due date and no time limit
      • Click Begin Assessment
      • There should be no timer bar and no due date message

      Class has time limit, no due date, but excepted student has no due date or time limit, yet sees due date message in test.

      If the instructor creates a quiz with the following settings, the excepted student receives the message "You have until to submit this assessment.
      Press 'Esc' or click 'X' to return to your assessment.":

      Availability and Submissions:
      Assessment released to = Entire Site
      Due date = none
      Late submissions accepted? = No
      Time Limit = 10 minutes    

      Exceptions to Time Limit and Delivery Date:
      Exception for User: select  a user
      Time Limit: None
