Selected groups in triangle disclosure is not sorted in a meaningful way

When expanding the triangle disclosure to view the groups an assessment is released to, the list is not sorted which can frustrate the end user.

The attached patch sorts the collection alphabetically after initialization, and also resizes the frame on click of the triangle disclosure to avoid double scroll bars.
