      Description

      When a student visits Samigo and has no available quizzes and/or has yet to submit anything, they are presented with an awkward looking empty tables. This PR will replace the empty tables with a messages clearly indicating there are no quizzes available/they haven't submitted anything.

      Will also include markup and styling improvements for the page.
