      Description

The attached PR addresses the following concerns:

      • The submission information page does not tell the student they will receive an email receipt. This page has been updated to tell tell the student if they should expect an email receipt based on their current setting in Preferences (either immediate, digest, or none). It also informs them where to change the setting.
      • The submission information page gives the student a confirmation number that is not included in the email for comparison/verification. The email templates and substitution values have been updated to include this information.
      • As the same email templates are used for sending receipts to students AND notifications to instructors, the last sentence in these templates is inaccurate in the context of Instructor notifications. This hard-coded sentence has been replaced by a substitution variable that is now specific to both Instructors and Students. The student's will stay the same, informing them they can change their receipt settings in Preferences. The Instructor's has changed to inform them they are receiving the notification because the quiz is set to do so. As the default setting for notifications is 'None', the Instructor must already be aware of this setting. Therefore, re-iterating how to find the quiz setting is not necessary.
