Description
Faculty members at the University have been complaining about how Samigo 11 (which has been in production since Fall 2015 for us) handles ordering.
Every time questions/parts order are updated, changes do not relfect on the UI, numbers overlap onto themselves and get duplicated.
This contribution is to change the sorting mechanics. We have been using this patch since beginnings of Spring 2016 with great results. I will contribute it as a github Pull Request for consideration.
We removed the onchange form submit from the combo boxes of the questions/parts, in order to allow users to order their questions and parts as desired, for then to click on the "Update Order" button.
Questions will not overlap anymore. If two question have the same value, they will be either push forth/back respectively. The same applies for parts.
