Bullets do not display in Multiple Choice Answers to Students

As instructor, create a multiple choice question using the rich text editor (CK Editor). In one or more of the Answers, include a bulleted list. When you save it, you see it. But as a student the bullets disappear. Thanks to SAM-2802 the bullets in the Question do appear correctly to the student.
