To test this, you'd really have to start up Sakai (or something that exports CC) in Windows, export lessons to CC and try to import into Linux. (One of the nightlies)

I think a package could be made up to test it, and I feel like I hit this problem by finding a package on the internet that had been made on a Windows machine (running Moodle or something, since you can easier run Moodle on Windows and export)

      Description

I had an issue fixed locally where packages that were created on a server running one OS (Like Windows) wouldn't import into another running Linux. So some packages found out on the web wouldn't import into linux because of this. It seemed like it was just a problem with different separators. Going to commit this code I've got.

This may be a problem in other code that handles Zip's created on different OSes but probably doesn't come up as much as in the CC handling since those packages can be found on the web or created in a software running and exporting natively on Windows. (Not an LMS)
