Certain items that are prerequisite after a required item aren't available to instructors

Create an item of (possibly) any type that can be made required

      • Click Add Content Links
      • Type a name
      • Add a URL like www.sakaiproject.org
      • Save

Repeat but clicking "Don't release until all prerequities are completed"

      • Click Add Content Links
      • Type a name
      • Add a URL like www.sakaiproject.org
      • Click "Don't Release Item Until All Prerequisites Are Completed"
      • Save

      – Notice everything is fine at this point

      • Click the edit button on the first item
      • Click "Require This Item"
      • Click Save

A real test will require every different type of question and every different type of multimedia object.

Now look at the page, I'd expect that the second item would be clickable by instructors (Or those with the "See items regardless of release controls" permission)

Appearance of different types should now be consistent. Where the item would be there but disabled for students, they are shown grayed out for instructors but are still usable. Where students would get a message so does the instructor. Those messages now all use a Morpheus warning item.

      +++

      Additional test

create an item, eg. a link. Make it required.
create one of every item type. make them all "don't release until"
verify that they are grayed for the instructor but work
verify that they don't work for the student
Note that some item types will fail in the tool, depending upon whether they allow instructors to do the item. Lessons tries to use groups to implement the access restrictions in the tool. This patch will add the instructor to the group. I think all tools will work for the instructor, but at one point at least one would prohibit the instructor from taking something even if they had the right permissions.
Also, tools that show inline won't be grayed. On several there will be text explaining that if they were a normal student they wouldn't be able to see them. In the lack of uniformity in those message bothers you, please feel free to fix it

      Description

So I'm not sure the cause of this but it's easy to reproduce. It looks like if you create items after items marked as required they appear as disabled even to instructors. I think it's fine to change the look, but I wouldn't disable them to users that can "See items regardless of access controls"

it makes actually previewing some of the content difficult. It looks like some items like subpages still work and can be clicked, but other items like web content and tool links don't have a clickable link.

It says "fake disabled" but it seems really disabled?
