Be sure you have change the language in Preferences.

Choose a language other than English. Example: Spanish, French...

As instructor:
1. Go to Lessons tool
2. Add content -> Add Comments Tool
3. Click in "Add" Comment button
4. Add a new comment
5. Click in the red cross to delete the comment
6. In the open dialog window "Cancel" and "Delete Comment" are hardcoded
