Add content menu

There is a misaligned grey box at the top of the "add content" menu. Perhaps should not be there at all.

Additionally, the different content options are set in different white fields, yet there is no title to their categorization. Perhaps, if they are to be categorized, titles should be provided (e.g., "basic content," "content from other tools," "advanced content," etc.)
