      To test this:

      • In resources tool click on Actions Add Web Links
      • Fill out the details to add a link to any web address (www.sakaiproject.org)
      • Expected : There is an icon that looks like a globe, clicking on it sends out to that page.
      • Actual (In Sakai 10) : There is an icon that looks like a notepad, clicking on it either downloads a file or shows some text.

      Description

      The mime type text/url (ResourceProperties.TYPE_URL) is special for Sakai and no way to really detect that from extension or content. If this is provided, don't override this with another mime type in the detection.
