You are able to see files in trash that your are not able to restore

      1.- Create a site with two sections and resources tool.
      2.- Add "content.revise.any" and "content.new" to TA role in site realm.
      3.- Login as ta1 and create folder A visible for Section 1.
      4.- Upload a file1 to folder A.
      5.- Login as ta2 and create a folder B visible for Section 2.
      6.- Upload a file2 to folder B.
      7.- Remove file1, and access to trash with user ta2.
      8.- If the file1 is in trash the test fails.
      9.- Access to trash with user ta1.
      10.- If the file1 isn't in trash the test fails.

      Description

      The trash shows files that you are not able to restore because they are contained in collections that you are not able to access.

      To test this you have to add "content.revise.any" permission to "Teaching Assistant" role in the test site.
      With that permission user ta1 don't see resources released to other sections, but is able to see them in trash if someone remove any resource from other section.
