Number format L10N fails in assignments related to gradebook items.

      Description

      Change preferences to Spanish or other language with comma as decimal separator.
      Create a gradebook entry X.
      Create an assignment Y, and associate with the existing gradebook entry X.
      Then try to grade one student.

      Fails even the number introduced is right with: Please use a number for the grade field.
