AntiSamy allow Kaltura and Sharestream LTI attributes

      1) Create a new Announcement
      2) Click Source in the CK Editor
      3) paste the following
      <img src="ss.png" kaltura-lti-url="http://www.sakaiproject.org"/>
      <h3>This is a heading</h3>
      <p>This is a paragraph.</p>
      4) Save
      5) Edit and insure the tag is still there
      6) Click Source again
      7) Add an invalid attribute like so
      <img src="ss.png" kaltura-lti-url="http://www.sakaiproject.org" arb="beef"/>
      <h3>This is a heading</h3>
      <p>This is a paragraph.</p>
      8) Save. Should get message that invalid html was stripped. Come back into edit and the invalid attribute of arb is stripped.

      Description

      Kaltura and Sharestream both ask their clients to modify AntiSamy policies. Why not just add those to our central AntiSamy policies?
