      In CKEditor (with antisamy turned on) enter source mode and enter the following.

      <ol>
      <li value="100">Coffee</li>
      <li>Tea</li>
      <li>Milk</li>
      <li>Water</li>
      <li>Juice</li>
      </ol>

      Description

      The "value" attribute with an integer value is still allowed by w3 for the li tag and should be allowed rather than removing the tag.
