      Description

To make it easy for deployers to use the feature in BLTI-151, a new site template is required.

This site template, if specified in sakai.properties by 'basiclti.provider.autositetemplate = ltitemplate' (or whatever site id you change it to) will be copied during LTI launches so that we can both support and accurately map IMS/LIS roles to CLE roles and also provide some default tools such as sakai.schedule.

In the first instance, the roles will just be a copy of the access/maintain roles but named appropriately.

This issue replaces KNL-879. The realm solution in that ticket doesn't solve the problem of adding necessary tools to the site created by the BLTI ProviderServlet. For example, if you want to export the signup tool via LTI it displays warnings when it tries to write calendar events. To fix that you need the schedule tool in the generated site.
