While working with these exceptions, it seemed like there was a lot of duplication and also seemed somewhat over-reaching to just throw "Exception" when we really can just throw various Sakai specific exceptions. However there are almost 20 Sakai exceptions all with similar behavior. If these extended a SakaiException base class rather than Exception, then this could be used instead.
Any thoughts on this? Won't fix is an appropriate thought.
This shouldn''t result in any code changes except for the exceptions themselves, and the places where we can improve which exceptions are thrown/caught.
