      -Login as instructor and create a submission.

      -Make a submission on behalf of a student.

      -Wait until the submission's due date expires.

      -Try to send a submission on behalf of any student. The link should not be available and a text explaining why it is not (the due date has passed) should be visible.

      Description

      Currently, as it is described in SAK-29065, instructors can do a submission on behalf of a student at any time, but if the assignment is closed the feature just doesn't work and a screen of the submission state is shown.

      We think that instructors should be able to do a submission at any time, like is asked in SAK-29065, but if it is not possible, disabling the links to submit is a logical step when the submission is not available.
