We are using JAWS 18.0 and Internet Explorer. After the user uploads a file to multiple drop boxes and they click continue, if they have made a mistake on the upload page. Their cursor is taken to the top of the page, and the entire form they just filled out is cleared. Since their cursor is not taken to the part of the form where their error is, and they are not told what their error was it is confusing for them to determine what they need to fix. They also need to re-upload their file and fill out the form again since it was cleared.
Steps to Recreate
- Using an instructor account in a course site go to drop box
- Go to Upload folders to multiple drop box folders
- Fill out the form
- If you make a mistake on the page (Such as not filling one of the required fields out) when you click continue, your cursor will be taken to the top of the page, and the entire form will be cleared.
