Firefox and Edge: Student/Instructor does not see what the instructor selected in the rubric when grading

      Note: behavior is erratic - use Firefox for testing

      As the instructor:

      • Create a rubric with a couple of rows of criterion
      • Create a graded assignment and attach the rubric

      As the student:

      • Open the assignment 
      • Submit the assignment

      As the instructor:

      • Grade the assignment using the rubric
      • Save and release to the student
      • Note that the cells selected are highlighted and scores display in the last column

      As the student:

      • Open the returned assignment
      • Verify you see your grade
      • Expected behavior: cells used for grading should be highlighted and scores displaying in the last column

      As the instructor, log in using Firefox 

      • Click on grading for the assignment again 
      • Look at the rubric for the student you just graded
      • Expected behavior: cells used for grading should be highlighted and scores displaying in the last column

      Current behavior: Most of the time, the highlighted cells and scores do not display in Firefox.

      Description

      After the instructor graded the assignment using the rubric, and released the graded assignment, the student sees the grade in the returned assignment but not the highlighted cells explaining how the assignment was graded.

      After more testing, this seems to affect the rubric after every other view. After creating another assignment with a rubric, grading it, that rubric displayed the highlighted cells to the student. Going back into the first returned assignment, the cells are now highlighted also. (Those assignments used the same rubric.) Going back in again, the highlights and comments are no longer displaying. This student was Nancy in the first site.

      I created a couple of rubrics in another site, and 3 assignments. 2 assignments shared the same rubric. I did not add comments or fine tune any of these and no matter how many times the student opens those returned assignments, the highlights never display. This student was Jessica in a second site.

      Testing 7/12/2018:

      Chrome and Edge are displaying the graded rubrics, but Firefox is not showing the grades for any of the assignments today. Am using Firefox Quantum 61.0.1 (64-bit)
