      1. Import the attached SAK-40334.zip quiz
      2. Edit the quiz
      3. Verify all question choice labels and choice text appear correctly (neither question has a distractor, space between label and choice)
      4. Publish the quiz
      5. Edit the published copy
      6. Verify all question choice labels and choice text appear correctly (neither question has a distractor, space between label and choice)
      7. Create a new quiz
      8. Add a Matching question with the following matches:
        1. Coca-Cola -> Soda
        2. Pepsi -> Soda
        3. Heinz -> Ketchup
        4. Snapple -> Iced Tea
      9. Save the question and verify that on the resulting interface the choice labels and choice text appear correctly (no distractor, space between label and choice, and labels don't skip a letter)

      Description

      Linked PR addresses the following issues:

      1. Distractor choice displayed for questions that do not include a distractor (Published Copies > Edit UI only)
      2. No space between the choice label and choice text, ex: A.Choice1 (both Published Copies and Working Copies > Edit UIs)
      3. Incorrect choice labels for any Matching question which has two or more consequitive options which use the same choice, which are not at the very end of all options
