Assignments Download Submissions: Empty zip file when siteId contains spaces

      1. Create a site using the sites tool, the siteId must contain an space, something like "sakai rocks".
      2. Add the assignments tool and add some students to the site.
      3. Create an assignment.
      4. Go to the submissions list and click "Download All", tick all the checkboxes
      5. You'll download an empty file
      • You may have an existing site with a space in the siteId, that can be tricky these days because we don't allow to create sites with spaces anymore.

      Description

      The download submissions feature in ZIP format produces an empty file when the siteIdĀ contains spaces. I totally understand that having spaces in the siteIdĀ is a very bad practice but this may happen in some institutions.

      The log throws this error:
