Chat: show all messages not displaying all

      Description

      To replicate, in the chat tool, type in ~120 messages.  I just type in 1, 2, 3, etc so I can keep track of each individual message.

      Once all 120 messages are in, select the options tab.

      Select Edit on the Chat room

      Select Show all messages

      Press save

      Refresh the Chat tool

      Only the last 100 messages are displayed.
