I've noticed recently that neither my local Sakai master nor Sakai master on nightly have been timing out of my user sessions. While I was working on
SAK-40323, the timeout dialog wasn't appearing, so I investigated and determined that disabling Bullhorns allowed the session to time out.
Therefore, I believe Bullhorns is keeping the session active.
Fix Bullhorns so it doesn't affect the session activity/timeout.
