      Description

Only whole numbers are allowed to be entered in the rubric now (SAK-40331) and the minimum is 0. The user is able to enter more than the max points allowed, though. Matt suggested in SAK-40319 "a limit placed on the input type with the attributes min (0) and max the maximum value of the grade."

While I cannot save and release when putting in more than the max points, there are some strange side effects.

The assignment score displays as 0.30 and somehow the values in the rubric were set to something different. The grade was not sent to the gradebook, but does display in assignments.
