GB: Calendar and 'x' icon missing from due date when creating a gradebook item

      Click on Gradebook -> Add Gradebook Item

      Expect icons to the far right of the due date

      Description

      When adding a gradebook item, for the due date, the calendar and 'x' icons are missing. Checked Chrome, Firefox and Edge to make sure it wasn't a browser issue.
