When saving an assignment the scale factor should not be changed

      1. Create an assignment with points and set to 5
      2. Then change the SCALE_FACTOR on the assignment to 10 (there is no ui to set the scale factor)
      3. notice that the score changed to 50 from 5
      4. we are now at the point with an assignment using a scale factor of 10
      5. Edit the assignment
      6. Don't change the point value
      7. Post the Assignment
      8. the point value should still be 50

      If you start with an assignment that already is using a scale factor of 10 then you can start at step 5.

      Description

      SAK-33317 introduced an issue where saving an assignment with a different scale factor than the default would be updated to the default causing a skew by a decimal position in the Assignment.
