    • Type: Bug
    • Status: OPEN
    • Priority: Critical

    • Environment:
https://sandbox-sakai.nd.edu Nov 9th, is at 12.4 and contains PROD data clone from 11.4
    • Test Plan:

The environment requires an assignment released to selected groups, as a group assignment, with an association to an existing gb item in a category (weighted in this case, but probably not necessary).

Also not certain yet whether this only effects Assignments that were created prior to the upgrade from 11.4 to 12.4 or only Assignments which have been created in one site and then imported for re-use into another site (along with a categorized GB).

      Description

Anomalies discovered re-using an Assignment .

The draft state of the Assignment when Imported into a new Site:

      • The radio button for Associate with Gradebook Item is still selected and the old GB Item/Category is still displayed in the dropdown. The Gradebook category did copy over, AND the Item itself exists (desirable!), yet once posted is clicked, there is a brief visual cue in which the radio button deselects itself (undesirable). The Assignment is then posted.

      BEHAVIOR CHANGE REQUESTED:

1). The imported draft state includes the association (when the Gradebook's category and item do exist in the new site). The radio button does not disappear/reappear upon post.
