SiteService: Other characters that should not be allowed in site ids

      1. Login as admin
      2. Click on  Sites tool in the admin workspace
      3. Enter an id using one of the characters (e.g. test$site)
      4. Enter a title
      5. Save the site

      Expected behavior: Either a message stating the site id is invalid, or converting the character to an underscore.

      Description

      There are more characters that should be excluded from being used in a site id (see SAK-40828).

      Spaces and the following characters give an alert indicating the site id is invalid and will not create the site:

      & # / ? = < > % { } | \ ^ [ ] `

      Other characters tested:

      ;  and " (double quote) get converted to an underscore

      The following characters are allowed but probably shouldn't be:
