Tests and quizzes tool: Exported Assessments do not include their Images

In a site with "Test and Quizzes" and Resources tool create a new assessment. Add a multiple choice question.  Click on "Show All Rich-Test editors" to embed an image in every option in question.  On CKEditor click on image and upload the file to site's resources.  Save the question.  Export the assessment and import it to another site with "Test and Quizzes" tool.  Check that draft version contains the embedded images.  Publish the assessment in this new site.  Preview published assessment: images are disappeared .  Remove the images from resources tool in original site.  Images also disappear from draft assessment in new site Desired behavior:   Assessments which are exported/imported include any relevant images Copy mechanisms for assessments include checking for images, and copy/re-linking them in the new site.
