Cancel button for student in reading forum posting seems to serve no purpose

      1. Create a forum topic
      2. Student1 - post to the topic
      3. Student2 - click on the topic, click on Student1's post, then click on the subject
      4. Click Cancel

      Description

      Verified SAK-29900 - the student no longer sees the delete button, but haven't figured out what purpose the cancel button serves. Clicking Cancel seems to do nothing.

      There is an error in the console, but it displays when first opening the post, then every time cancel is clicked, (probably because the page is refreshed each time?). 

      I did not see any errors in the server logs.
