In a course site and a project site:

      1. Create multiple instances of instance tools (such as Lessons, Web Content, etc) with different instance names (e.g. Week 1, Week 2, etc)
      2. Rename some tools using Tool Order (e.g. Forums to "Discussions")
      3. Make changes to the list of tools using Site Info > Manage tools
      4. Ensure you can easily identify which tools have been renamed from their default name
      5. Ensure you can easily identify what kind of tool the instances of tools are
      6. Ensure there isn't any duplication or redundancy that SAK-41068 was trying to resolve (that is: make sure there isn't regression of the changes made in SAK-41068)

      Description

As a result of the changes made in SAK-41068, the confirmation no longer indicates which tools are instance tools (e.g. Lessons) or renamed tools.

As I mentioned in SAK-41068, two cases that are affected by the change that I can think of are:

      1. Instance tools: with the new design, they show their given name (e.g. "Weekly Content" instead of "Lessons")
      2. Renamed tools: with the new design, tool names changed with the "Tool Order" page don't display on the page (e.g. the Forums tool changed to "Discussions" shows as "Forums" on this confirmation page, which doesn't match with the tool found the Tool Menu, which causes a mismatch)

For each of these cases, having the renamed name or tool instance name in the list with the actual tool name in parentheses next to it might make things clearer for the end user to know which tool is which.
