      Description

      1. login as a student
      2. view a tool e.g. Assignments
      3. copy the URL
      4. login as the site instructor
      5. Set the tool to be invisible
      6. login as the student
      7. paste the Assignmens tool URL into the browsers address bar
      8. the assignment tool appears within the Overview -> Welcome pane
